For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ or ‘Express Post’ services. The postage and handling charge is displayed for you at time of checkout. Other delivery options can be arranged, please email us at

If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience from your post office.
When shipping to the Rest of the World, we use Australia Post 'Air Mail' services. Again, other delivery options can be arranged. Please email us at info@thebirthdaycompany.com.au with details of your request.
Delivery Charges and Times
Parcel Post- AUD 7.00 (allow 5-7 working days)
Express Post - AUD 12.00 (allow 3-5 working days for Metropolitan Delivery)
Air Mail - AUD 25.00 (allow 7-14 working days)
Return policy
If for any reason the product that you purchased isn’t what you thought you purchased, simply return it within 7 days of receiving it, in its original state and packaging together with the original invoice or packing slip, for a refund. We do not refund your postage and handling costs. Refunds can only be credited to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
Items damaged in the Post
